Magnesium - an important factor for our health!
Magnesium has amazingly many functions in our body and for our health. It contributes to the preservation of bones and teeth, a normal muscle function, the process of cell division and the electrolyte equilibrium. It is also involved in our energy metabolism, protein synthesis, nervous system and our mental functions. Not least, it has been recognized that other factors lead to a reduction in fatigue.
REAL VITAL MAGNESIUM
ECHT VITAL MAGNESIUM has a high magnesium content of 15%.
Tri-magnesium dicitrate thus contains more elemental magnesium than, for example, magnesium hydrogen citrate with only about 7-8% magnesium. Tri-magnesium dicitrate also has a neutral to weakly basic pH value (7-8) which protects digestion.

One serving is 1.5 g powder, which corresponds to approx. 225 mg * magnesium.
