Each OPC120® capsule contains 300 mg pure Grape seed extract with a total polyphenol content of 100% and a extraordinary high concentration of natural OPC. See the figures here:
The exact composition (per capsule):
Grape seed extract 300 mg
thereof: Polyphenols 300 mg
Proanthocyanidins 210 mg
Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins 120 mg
Furthermore each cellulose capsule contains 70 mg acerola fruit powder with a natural Vitamin C content of 17% (= 12 mg). OPC120® is very good bioavailable, that means the body can use a great part of it.
Daily recommended intake:
1 - 2 capsule(s) while or after a meal with some water
